This notice explains how information is handled when you use Springora's website, submit an enquiry or verify a bottle.
Information you choose to provide
Order, quotation, subscription, distributor and delivery-support forms prepare a message in your browser. The information is sent only when you choose to continue through WhatsApp. Springora may then use the details to respond, prepare a quotation, confirm delivery or provide customer support.
Bottle verification
The verification system processes the code you enter, verification time, scan count and technical information needed to protect the service. Approximate scan location is shared only when you select the optional location checkbox and approve the browser permission request.
Website analytics
Springora may record page visits, referral information, device or browser information, and interactions such as order, telephone, WhatsApp and verification actions. This information is used privately to improve website performance, customer service and anti-counterfeit monitoring. A public visitor counter is not displayed.
Payments and sensitive information
The website does not take card payments and does not ask for passwords, payment-card details or government identification. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through website forms or WhatsApp.
